Chemistry Tutoring

One of the High School classes that students struggle with the most is Chemistry.  Chemistry is very difficult to understand for many students because it requires the use of a variety of different skills including memorization, application, conceptual understanding and the basic fundamentals of scientific thinking.  We have a variety of tutors who are able to assist students in High School Chemistry courses.

Typically, the students who come to us for help in Chemistry are either AP students, IB students, or athletes who have much of their time committed to sports and struggle when it comes to developing their skills in Chemistry.  Chemistry can be easily understood with the help of an experienced one-on-one tutor who can assist them in providing the needed information in an easily understood and manageable way.

We have witnessed the development of several of our students who struggled to earn passing grades in their AP and IB programs. Each one of those students has seen an increase and a higher retention of knowledge in their respective Chemistry classes.

Our mission is to provide tutoring that suits your needs.  We are flexible for both the time and the place of tutoring. We offer seven day availability well into evening hours at the home, in a public setting, or over webcam.  And our tutoring is at a low cost to you.

Currently, we tutor students in the Inland Empire, Orange County and Los Angeles County.   More specifically in Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Corona, Eastvale, Norco, Mira Loma, Alta Loma, Rancho Cucamonga, Lake Forest, Monrovia, Pasadena, Fontana, and Riverside.

If you are interested in getting help in Chemistry or tutoring in other subjects, please contact Zeb Welborn at (909) 973 – 9089 to set up your first appointment.

  1. What do you charge for tutoring a high school student in Chemistry? My son needs extra help to pass his class. He currently just dropped down from a C+ to a D. We are hoping he can raise his grade by the end of the school year. He is an athlete with after school practice.
